Another weekend post!

This weekend was one to catch up with old friends, and get inspired at New Designers!

So saturday came around oh so quickly, before I knew it it was the weekend again! (Not that i am complaining of course)

With an alarm set for bright and early Saturday morning. Rise and shine all ready for a great day ahead! I grabbed my tickets and money and headed to the train station.... Next stop London. :)

I was meeting a very good friend of mine from uni, laura. It had been ages since we had seen each other so it was a chance to catch up whilst looking at some amazing work on display at the New Designers show, at the Business Design Centre London.

New Designers is a chance for some amazing talented graduates, to show case their work in london, for  industry people and the pubic to see. Its a create opportunity! Some even getting work placements and job offers!!

I was chosen from my university to display my work there which was amazing! and from this opportunity I received two work placement, one at Hallmark cards and the other at Graham & Brown.

I had such an amazing time, if I had the chance I would do it all over again.

I saw some really talented people there who have inspired me to carry on with my own work, I also caught up with my old tutor from uni. So good to see her and everyone it was a really good day :)
